SYMPTOMSWhen you start Microsoft Excel, you may receive the following error message:
One of your object libraries (Excel Object Library) is missing or damaged. Please install the program again.When you start the Visual Basic Editor in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, or Microsoft Excel, you may receive one of the following error messages
'VBA Extensibility Library (1)' could not be loaded, followed by: Out of memory. -or- Unexpected critical error: can't start program. -or- The Visual Basic Environment could not be initialized. CAUSEThis problem occurs if all of the following conditions are true:
