SUMMARYSometimes you may want to prevent a Reply All to an e-mail message that you send to a large alias. This article describes how to design a new message form in Microsoft Outlook 97 that does not have a Reply All button for use in these cases.
MORE INFORMATIONTo design a new message form that does not provide for Reply All, follow these steps:
NOTE: An alternative to creating a new form is to place the recipient addresses on the "Bcc:" line rather than the "To:" line. Then if a recipient chooses "Reply to All" only you, the Sender, will receive the reply. To access the "Bcc:" line, click "Bcc Field" on the message's View menu.
