SUMMARYE-mail messages created in Outlook 97 using WordMail as your e-mail editor, may not word wrap when opened in some non-Outlook e-mail editors; instead, each paragraph may display as one long line.

Internet Mail Enhancement PatchMicrosoft provides a patch to the Internet Mail service, which allows you to specify the number of characters per line when sending messages. This feature allows you to control the line wrap when sending messages to Internet Mail clients that do not support line wrapping.
