MORE INFORMATION
Exporting Outlook Contacts to a PAB File
The contacts will be inserted into your Personal Address Book file. By default, the name of this file is <profilename>.pab. Where <profilename> is the name of your Exchange profile. NOTE: Only those contacts with an e-mail name will be exported to the PAB.
Importing the PAB File Into Internet Mail and News
NOTE: Fax addresses are not imported because there is no fax capability in Internet Mail and News. The Import command uses the default user profile in selecting the personal address book file from which to import.
