SYMPTOMSIf you run Internet Idioms to enhance the functionality of Microsoft Exchange, you may receive the following error message when you start Microsoft Outlook:
Internet Idioms could not locate the controls on the body of the standard note form. If you are using Microsoft Exchange or Windows Messaging, please update your copy of Idioms to a more recent version. Note that Idioms does not support the Microsoft Outlook 97 client. CAUSEInternet Idioms is not compatible with Outlook.
RESOLUTIONTo remove the Internet Idioms add-in from your profile:
IMPORTANT: This article contains information about editing the registry. Before you edit the registry, you should first make a backup copy of the registry files (System.dat and User.dat). Both are hidden files in the Windows folder.
