The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMSIn Microsoft Outlook 97, when you post a message using a customized Post form, the Information Bar on the resulting message does not display changes to the Importance and Sensitivity fields.
RESOLUTIONAdd the Importance and Sensitivity fields as controls on the customized Post form. NOTE: This problem was fixed in Outlook 98.
MORE INFORMATIONWhen posting a message with the standard Post form, changes to the Importance and Sensitivity fields are displayed in the Information Bar across the top of the message. If the Post form has been modified, the Information Bar does not display.
