The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMSWhen you start Microsoft Outlook 97 using the Internet Mail service, you are required to re-enter your Internet Mail account password, although you selected the option to remember it.
RESOLUTIONYou must enter the password in the Internet Mail service's properties for it to be persistent, or you must install the Internet Mail Enhancement Patch (IMEP).
