SUMMARY

Microsoft Outlook 97 will not display all of a Notes record in icon view.

Viewing a Notes record in icon view may appear to display all of the text. A Outlook Notes record holds a maximum of 29,919 characters. In the Notes folder, icon view, it displays a maximum of 255 characters. To display more than 255 characters you must open the record by double-clicking the icon.
