SYMPTOMSWhen printing a daily or weekly calendar arranged left to right, the text for an appointment may extend incorrectly beyond the area it is supposed to be confined to.
CAUSEThis problem occurs when using Outlook with specific printer drivers. This is most apparent on older HP LaserJet models such as the IIP ,III, and IIISi. Newer HP LaserJet models such as the 4MV, 4Si, and 5MP do not appear to have this problem.
RESOLUTIONUse a different printer, an updated printer driver, or both.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Outlook 97. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
