SYMPTOMSIf you use Microsoft Outlook 97 to forward or send e-mail messages to an alphanumeric paging service, the messages may appear truncated after 35 characters.
CAUSEThis problem occurs when you send messages to the paging service in Rich Text Format.
RESOLUTIONTurn off all options to send messages as Rich Text Format.
