SYMPTOMSIn any Microsoft Office 97 program, the File Send To command may start Lotus cc:Mail, or another e-mail program instead of Microsoft Outlook 97. This may occur even though the Send command in WordPad starts Outlook.
RESOLUTIONYou may be able to resolve this problem by making a modification to the Windows Registry if your Registry contains the following key:

Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk.
