SYMPTOMSChoosing to show Sunday as the first day of the week in Microsoft Outlook 97, has no affect on the Weekly Calendar display or on the Weekly Calendar printout.
CAUSEThe Weekly Calendar display always displays Saturday and Sunday together in a single day cell. Because Sunday is always below Saturday in that cell, it is not possible to display Sunday as the first day of the week.
MORE INFORMATIONChoosing Sunday as the first day of the week in Monthly views works as expected if you first turn off the option to Compress weekend days. To turn off Compress weekend days, use the following steps:
