CAUSEThe Microsoft Exchange Extensions add-in is missing or not active.
RESOLUTIONTo activate or install the Microsoft Exchange Extensions add-in, follow these steps:
MORE INFORMATIONWhen you use Outlook with the Microsoft Exchange Server Information Service, you have the ability to work with folders offline. That is, you can use the contents of a folder without a network connection. This feature is beneficial for remote users. The Synchronize option is used to synchronize your offline folders with the folders in your mailbox on the Microsoft Exchange Server.
