SYMPTOMSWhen attempting to use the option, "Use Microsoft Word as your e-mail editor" in Microsoft Outlook 97, you may receive the follow error message:
Word is either busy or cannot be found.Other OLE functions may not be affected.
CAUSEOne cause for this error is the use of an "@" character in the name of the computer.
RESOLUTIONRemove the @ character from the name of the computer.
