The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMSWhen using Microsoft Schedule+ as your primary calendar in Microsoft Outlook 97, meeting requests received from other users may open in a horizontally minimized state.
CAUSEThis is a problem with Outlook version 8.03, running on Microsoft Windows 95. It does not occur when running on the Microsoft Windows NT platform.
RESOLUTIONTo view the current meeting request, maximize the message by dragging down the lower border or clicking the maximize button in the upper right corner of the message.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Outlook version 8.03. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
