SUMMARYYou cannot copy all the items in a Microsoft Outlook 97 Calendar folder by right-clicking the folder, clicking Copy Calendar and then pasting in another folder. This technique creates a new subfolder under the destination folder. To copy all of the items from a Calendar folder to another folder, you must select each item and then copy and paste it to the target folder.
MORE INFORMATIONTo copy all the Calendar items to another folder, you must first display all of the items in a tabular view. You can do this either by temporarily clearing the filter from an exiting tabular view or by defining a new permanent, tabular view. To display the items in the folder in a tablular view you can use one of two methods:
