SYMPTOMS

If you import messages from a cc:Mail postoffice into Microsoft Outlook 97, you may receive the following error message:

WMS Idle: CWIMPORT.EXE - Application Error
The instruction at "0x00404f4df" referenced memory at "0x00000004".
The Memory could not be "read".
Click on Ok to terminate the application
Click on CANCEL to debug the application
                       [ok] [Cancel]

WORKAROUND

This problem occurs when you attempt to import messages that have a body which appears as <no title>. To work around this problem try moving these messages in cc:Mail to a folder that you will not import. Then, import the other messages.
