The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMSMeeting requests sent from Microsoft Outlook 97 using the Lotus cc:Mail transport may not have the Accept, Decline, and Tentative buttons available. Instead, the recipient receives a plain e-mail message.
CAUSEThe cc:Mail transport is set to send messages in Text only format.
RESOLUTIONChange the cc:Mail transport to send messages in Rich Text Format (RTF).
Change the cc:Mail Transport to RTF
