SYMPTOMSWhen you set up a secondary calendar as a subfolder, the primary calendar options are retained and are applicable to that subfolder or alternate calendar.
CAUSECalendar options that require an action such as notification of conflicting appointments only apply to your primary calendar. The primary calendar is determined by the delivery location of your e-mail. Microsoft Outlook 97 applys these actions to only one calendar per user session. There is no mechanism apply these actions to other calendars.
