PC Win: Routed Messages Do Not Print

SYMPTOMS

Microsoft Mail for Windows does not properly print a message that has been created as a routed message by Microsoft Word for Windows 6.0 or Microsoft Excel 5.0. Only the recipient's name is printed.

WORKAROUND

Forward the message to yourself. Printing the forwarded message works successfully.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in version 3.2 of Microsoft Mail for Windows. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
