SUMMARYThe Web Proxy service in Proxy Server 2.0 supports passive mode FTP connections. The registry entry explained below will force the Proxy Server to use passive mode FTP for all FTP connections through the Web Proxy service. NOTE: If you change this registry entry, it may cause connection failures to FTP sites that do not allow passive mode connections.
MORE INFORMATIONWARNING: Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious, system-wide problems that may require you to reinstall Windows NT to correct them. Microsoft cannot guarantee that any problems resulting from the use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use this tool at your own risk.
