The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMSThe Internet Mail Server command line utility INETCFG does not support configuration of address book parameters such as adding, listing, removing, or editing SMTP/POP3 Address Book configurations. The Administrator user interface does support this.
CAUSEThe command line tools should support all the service-specific functionality of the respective Internet Service Manager (ISM) user interface DLL.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Commercial Internet System (MCIS) version 1.0. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
