SMS: Clicking "Identify Network Monitor Users" Causes GP Fault

SYMPTOMS

While connected to a remote network monitor server, clicking the Identify Network Monitor Users option results in Network Monitor returning a general protection (GP) fault.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Systems Management Server version 1.2. This problem has been corrected in the latest U.S. Service Pack for Microsoft Systems Management Server version 1.2.
