SMS: Remote Control Fails on Win95 with STB Nitro

SYMPTOMS

When attempting to perform remote control of a Windows 95 client with an STB Systems Nitro 3D Video Adapter, the Quick Viewer Window is white or gray and the client can not be remote controlled. There is no error message on the client. This occurs regardless of color depth and resolution settings.

Windows NT clients with the STB Systems Nitro 3D video card do not exhibit this problem.

WORKAROUND

Use the Standard VGA driver for Windows 95 to work around this problem.
