Bugs fixed:

1892 Second SLI_OPEN on LUA pool name fails with "already open".

If LUA pools are being used, and an SLI application attempts to open the second instance of a pooled LU, the SLI_OPEN fails with LUA_SESSION_ALREADY_OPEN.

Update Procedure:

- Replace the new SLI DLL over the existing version on the appropriate

  platform:
