The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMSOn your SNA Server supporting multiple connections, SNA Server Admin displays that the status for a block of defined LUs between LU numbers 54 and 106 is Inactive even though the LUs are actually Available or In Session. The problem occurs if the all of the following are true in the order listed:
CAUSESNA Server Admin confuses LUs 54 to 106 on PU_A with LUs 54 to 106 of PU_X (assuming sequential LU numbering).
RESOLUTIONMicrosoft has updated the file <snaroot>\SYSTEM\SNAMANAG.DLL to correct this problem.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in SNA Server for Windows NT. This problem was corrected in the latest SNA Server for Windows NT, 2.11 U.S. Service Pack. For information on obtaining the Service Pack, query on the following word in the Microsoft Knowledge Base (without the spaces):
