The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMSWhen you create and debug a 32-bit Windows application using the SNA Server LUA/SLI API and Visual C++ 2.0 or 4.x, a WINSLI32.DLL Access Violation error message appears.
CAUSEThis problem occurs due to the SNA Server SLI interface attempting to free a previously freed session control block.
RESOLUTIONTo correct this problem, apply the fix mentioned below.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in SNA Server versions 2.0, 2.1, 2.11 and 2.11 Service Pack 1. This problem was corrected in the latest Microsoft SNA Server 2.11 U.S. Service Pack. For information on obtaining the service pack, query on the following word in the Microsoft Knowledge Base (without the spaces):
