FIX: Performance Monitor SQL Server-Log Object Corrupt

SYMPTOMS

When you use the Performance Monitor SQLServer-Log object, the instance list of databases is corrupt with black bars.

WORKAROUND

To correct this problem, install the latest U.S. Service Pack for Windows NT version 3.51.
