INF: No Pascal API Interface to SQL Server

There is no direct Pascal API interface to SQL Server. To interface to SQL Server using Pascal, use the Microsoft C DB-Library (DB-Lib) APIs in a mixed programming environment, where your Pascal program would make C function calls to the DB-Library API.
