INF: Using Transact-SQL SET Options in DB-Library Application

SET SHOWPLAN ON, SET STATISTICS IO, and SET STATISTICS TIME can be used from a DB-Library (DB-Lib) application. However, note that the information from these options is returned to the application by using the message handler rather than as rows from dbnextrow().
