BUG: Delete User Help Error: "No Additional Help Is Available"

SYMPTOMS

Invoking Help from the "Delete the User Rights" dialog box in the Visual SourceSafe Administrator causes the message "No additional Help is available on this item" to display.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a bug in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.

Steps to Reproduce Problem

  1. In the Visual SourceSafe Administrator, on the Tools menu, click Rights by Project.

  2. Select a user, and click the Delete User button.

  3. From the "Delete the user rights" dialog box, either press the F1 key or click the Help button. The message "No Additional Help is available on this item" appears.
