SUMMARYIn the versions of Microsoft Excel listed at the beginning of this article, the Calculate Now command in the Options/Preferences dialog box causes every cell in the open worksheet to be recalculated, even when the calculation mode is set to Manual. The following information discusses three ways to recalculate a single cell or range without causing the entire document to be recalculated.
