SYMPTOMSWhen you run a macro, and a printer-specific font is used during the macro's execution, the following error message may occur:
Run-time error '1101': Argument value not valid CAUSEIn Microsoft Project, macro methods do not support printer font selection.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the products listed at the beginning of this article. We are researching this problem and will post more information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
MORE INFORMATIONTo select printer-specific fonts, choose either Font or Text Styles from the Format menu. Note that you cannot select printer-specific fonts from the Font box on the Formatting toolbar. In Microsoft Project version 3.0, depending on the setting of the Printer Fonts check box, but with the exception of TrueType fonts, only screen or printer fonts can be viewed at one time. In Microsoft Project version 4.0, all fonts (screen, printer, and TrueType) are available at the same time. However, the Formatting toolbar and macro methods do not support printer font selection.
