WD97: Macro to Replace Font Formatting

SUMMARY

The following Microsoft Word Visual Basic for Applications macro sample can be used to change all characters formatted in one font to another font. For example, you can use these macros to change all characters that originally occur in Times New Roman to a font such as Arial.

If you set the .Wrap = wdFindAsk , it will still change the entire document without prompting the user. Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Word 97 for Windows. This problem was corrected in Microsoft Word 97 Service Release 1 (SR-1).
