SYMPTOMSYou may receive one of the following error messages when you try to set the Picture property of a UserForm:
Invalid picture -or- Run-time error '481': Invalid picture CAUSEThis problem occurs if you attempt to set the Picture property of a UserForm, either manually or programmatically, to a GIF or JPEG file.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
