The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMSCode windows in the Visual Basic Editor use the formatting defined for the Macro Text style. However, if you copy text from a code window into a document window, the formatting is not retained. Word does not apply the Macro Text style to the macro text in the document window.
WORKAROUNDTo retain formatting, apply the Macro Text style to the macro text after pasting the text into a document window. To apply the Macro Text style, follow these steps:
