The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMSWhen the Appearance property of a Checkbox is set to "0 – Flat," the checkbox always appears as three-dimensional or "1 - 3D." The backcolor of the checkbox still behaves normally when the Appearance property is set to "0 – Flat," and defaults to the window background color of the system.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a bug in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
