SYMPTOMSWhen using the Circle statement to draw a segment of a circle with a radius of 0, an "Overflow" error incorrectly occurs.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Visual Basic programming system for Windows, versions 1.0 and 2.0. This problem was corrected in version 3.0.
MORE INFORMATIONThe following statement demonstrates the problem:
Circle (0,0), 0,, 4, 5When you run the above statement, an "Overflow" error incorrectly occurs. In contrast, using the Circle statement to draw an entire circle of radius 0 works correctly without an error (correctly drawing nothing); for example:
Circle (0,0), 0 |
