The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMSWhen you run Visual C++ for Windows under 16-bit Windows, creating a class with ClassWizard when no project is loaded may generate a dialog box that does not accept user input.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem with Visual C++ for Windows, versions 1.0 and 1.5. We are researching this problem and will post more information in the Microsoft Knowledge Base when it becomes available. The problem does not occur with Visual C++ 32-bit Edition, version 1.0 or 2.0.
MORE INFORMATIONClassWizard should only be used when a project has been loaded into the Visual Workbench. To reproduce this problem, perform the following steps:
