BUG: Format("%D") Fails for COleDateTime and COleDateTimeSpanLast reviewed: July 2, 1997Article ID: Q167338 |
The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMSCOleDateTime::Format("%D") fails to return the day in the object. COleDateTimeSpan::Format("%D") fails to return the total days.
RESOLUTIONInstead of using Format use COleDateTime::GetDay() or COleDateTimeSpan::GetDays() to get the day value and use CString::Format to put it into a CString. The sample code below illustrates this using CString::Format.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a bug in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. We are researching this bug and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
