PLYCDNO is a file in the Microsoft Software Library that demonstrates using Media Control Interface (MCI) functions provided by the Windows API to control a CD-ROM (compact disk read-only memory) drive.

Functions in PLYCDNO play the CD, pause, move forward and backward by tracks, determine the position within the CD, and eject the CD from the drive.

Download PLYCDNO.EXE from the Microsoft Software Library (MSL) on the following services:

          Dial (206) 936-6735 to connect to MSDL
          Download PLYCDNO.EXE (size: 21975 bytes) 
    
  • Internet (anonymous FTP)
