The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMSIf you changed the transport layer from the start up default in WinDbgRm, you will need to check the Default Transport Layer button, quit WinDbgRm, and then start WinDbgRm again. If you failed the connection you will receive the following error message:
Transport DLL 'tlxxx.dll xxx windbg' cannot connect to remote. STATUSThis behavior is by design.
