Installing Localmon with Duplicated Port Will Fail

SUMMARY

An error will occur in your custom Localmon installation if you do not remove the commonly supported ports such as 'COM1'..'COM4', 'LPT1'..'LPT3', and 'FILE' from the DDK Localmon sample. These ports are supported by the Localmon.dll shipped with Windows NT.
