PRB: Printer Properties for Minidriver Missing Property Sheets

SYMPTOMS

When you modify the properties for a printer minidriver, only the "General" and "Details" property pages appear. There are no property pages for setting graphics resolution, paper size, or other printer properties.

CAUSE

ICONLIB.DLL is missing from the system.

RESOLUTION

When you copy the UNIDRV.DLL file to the \windows\system directory, make sure you also copy the UNIDRV.HLP file and the ICONLIB.DLL file. The functions that UNIDRV.DLL uses to add property sheets to the printer Properties dialog box for printer minidrivers reside in ICONLIB.DLL.
