BUG: Incomplete IPX_ADDRESS_DATA Structure Under Windows 95

SYMPTOMS

When an application calls getsockopt with option IPX_ADDRESS on Windows 95, the IPX_ADDRESS_DATA structure is only partially filled. The only parts of the IPX_ADDRESS_DATA structure that are filled in are the UCHAR netnum[4] and UCHAR nodenum[6] fields.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a bug in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. We are reasearching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
