AWFAX: Excel Macro File Does Not Render Correctly When Faxed

SYMPTOMS

When you fax a Microsoft Excel macro file using Windows for Workgroups At Work PC Fax, the macro may not be rendered correctly. For example, when you view the graphic representation of your macro, you see a black box instead of the macro text.

NOTE: Some macros render correctly; others do not.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows for Workgroups At Work PC Fax version 3.11. Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
