IdleWild Does Not Work with MS-DOS Applications

SYMPTOMS

When IdleWild is loaded and an MS-DOS-based application is active, the screensaver does not activate.

An MS-DOS-based application is active when it is the current application being run or its icon is highlighted.

CAUSE

This is a limitation of IdleWild and not Windows.

WORKAROUND

To force IdleWild to activate, select the Program Manager or any Windows- based application icon.
