WORKAROUND

You can select How To Use Help from any other Windows application.

MORE INFORMATION

Windows Registration Editor (REGEDIT.EXE) has a built-in online Help selection that you can activate by pressing ALT+H or choosing the Help menu. The menu contains the following selections:

   Contents
   Search For Help On
   How To Use Help
   About Registration Editor

If you select How To Use Help, WINHELP.EXE loads, appears on the screen, then unloads and disappears from the screen as if it was never loaded.
