Q+E 3.0a ENTER or SHIFT+ENTER Keys Not Mapped to OK ButtonLast reviewed: November 23, 1994Article ID: Q82355 |
The information in this article applies to:
Q+E version 3.0a is bundled with Microsoft Excel 3.0. When you use Q+E under Microsoft Windows, ENTER and SHIFT+ENTER are not mapped to the OK button under the SQL Query dialog box. The expected result of pressing ENTER or SHIFT+ENTER is to choose the OK button. However, in this particular dialog box, Q+E is interpreting ENTER as a carriage return character to be placed in the dialog box as part of the query. This is by design.
