SHIFT+Double-Click Starting AmiPro 2.0 can Cause Error

SYMPTOMS

When you use SHIFT+double-click to start Ami Professional version 2.0 under Microsoft Windows, a "Divide By Zero" or "Overflow" error may be displayed.

This problem can also occur when the "Run Minimized" box is checked in the Program Item Properties dialog box.

CAUSE

This is a random initialization problem with Ami Pro that shows up only on some configurations.

WORKAROUND

No workarounds have been found at this time.
